The "Digitalization Grant for Accommodation Providers in Austria" aims to promote the digital development of domestic accommodation providers while reducing paper usage and enhancing the guest experience offered by the accommodations. Through the grant, participants can test the use of a digital profile free of charge, which is accessed via a dynamic QR code generated by the ClickMe Smart Card.
The QR code is linked to software specifically developed for this purpose, with its content defined collaboratively with the Applicant. This code enables guests to share reviews instantly and access the accommodation's digital information, such as Wi-Fi codes, directions back to the hotel, current menus, direct calls to reception, emergency integration, nearby attractions, recommended shops with navigation, and more.

We will create and deliver the participants’ digital profiles, including recommendations on what and how to upload content.
As part of the consultations with grant participants, we assess their current online marketing activities and provide recommendations on how they can improve their digital presence.
The QR code can be freely used by the accommodation without any restrictions.
Upon request, we offer cards or plaques for displaying the QR codes at a discounted price.
Participation in the program is open for free registration until March 31, 2025.

The accommodation must be located in Austria. The accommodation’s maximum capacity must not exceed 100 guests. The owner of the accommodation must be a Hungarian company or individual.
Participants agree to share their experiences with using the system quarterly. Applicants must subscribe to the program’s newsletter.
The application deadline is March 31, 2025.
