ClickMe Smart Card is a brand, product family and digital service operated by Clickme Kft. We have not appointed a separate data protection officer. Privacy questions and data-subject requests are handled through [email protected].

2. Personal data we process

Website and technical data

We may process IP address, browser and device information, timestamps, pages requested, referrer, cookie and consent choices, diagnostic information, server and security logs, and similar technical data.

Orders, invoicing and delivery

We process the customer’s name, company name, email address, phone number, billing and delivery address, tax or VAT number where provided, order contents, customisation details, payment status, transaction reference, delivery method, tracking information, invoices and related correspondence.

Full payment-card details are normally entered directly into the selected payment provider’s environment and are not stored by Clickme Kft.

Accounts and ClickMe profiles

We process account identifiers, login and security data, profile settings, the physical product or profile identifier, and content uploaded by the user. Depending on the profile, this may include a name, job title, company, contact information, links, images, documents, emergency information or other user-selected content.

Contact, support and business enquiries

When you contact us, we process the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, message, attachments and the history of the enquiry.

Newsletter and marketing

If you subscribe, we process your email address, name where supplied, consent record, subscription status and technical campaign data such as delivery, opening and link interaction information.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Contract and pre-contractual steps: processing orders, taking payment, creating and operating profiles, delivering products, providing support and administering subscriptions (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
  • Legal obligations: accounting, invoicing, tax, consumer-protection, product-safety and authority requests (GDPR Article 6(1)(c)).
  • Legitimate interests: securing and improving the website and services, preventing fraud and abuse, maintaining business records, handling non-contractual enquiries and establishing or defending legal claims (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
  • Consent: optional cookies, analytics or advertising technologies and electronic marketing where consent is required (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)). Consent may be withdrawn at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

We do not use customer data for credit scoring on clcme.eu and do not make decisions based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects.

4. Public profiles and user-provided content

A ClickMe profile may be designed to be publicly accessible through a web address, NFC product or QR code. The user decides which information to publish and is responsible for having a lawful basis and any necessary permission for personal data relating to other people.

Do not publish information that you do not want to be publicly available. In particular, use care with children’s information, health or emergency information and identification data. Account holders can update or remove profile content through the available profile tools or by contacting us.

5. Service providers and recipients

We share only the data reasonably necessary for the relevant service. Depending on the transaction and the features used, the following recipients may process data for or in connection with Clickme Kft.:

  • MittuDomain Kft. – website, server, database, email-related hosting and backup infrastructure. Website: mittudomain.hu.
  • Revolut Business – payment and transaction processing. The relevant Revolut group entity may also act as an independent controller where required for regulated payment, fraud-prevention or anti-money-laundering obligations. Website: revolut.com.
  • Billingo Technologies Zrt. – electronic invoicing and legally required invoice records. Website: billingo.hu.
  • Kvikk.hu Kft. – shipment management and transfer of delivery data to the selected courier. Website: kvikk.hu.
  • DPD Hungary Kft. and Magyar Posta Zrt. – parcel delivery, status updates, tracking and delivery-related customer communication, depending on the method selected or assigned.
  • MailerLite Limited – email newsletter delivery, subscription management and campaign reporting for EEA customers. Website: mailerlite.com.
  • FluentCRM – self-hosted customer relationship and email-list management software. FluentCRM data is stored in our WordPress database within our hosting environment; the software supplier does not routinely receive the database content merely because the plugin is installed.
  • Cloudflare – where enabled, content delivery, availability, traffic filtering and website security. Cloudflare may process IP addresses and technical request data.
  • Professional advisers and public authorities – accountants, legal advisers, IT/security specialists, courts or authorities where access is necessary and lawful.

Delivery data normally includes the recipient’s name, address or selected collection point, email address, phone number, parcel information and order or tracking reference. Kvikk makes the required data available to the courier handling the shipment.

6. Cookies, analytics and online marketing

Necessary cookies and comparable storage may be used to provide security, shopping-cart, account, language and consent functions. Optional analytics or advertising technologies are used only where the required consent has been obtained.

Where enabled, Google or Meta services and social-media integrations may receive technical and interaction data in accordance with the consent selection. Current categories, purposes, providers and cookie lifetimes are described in our Cookie Policy and consent settings. You can change your non-essential cookie choices through the consent tool.

7. International data transfers

We prefer providers and processing locations in the European Economic Area where reasonably available. Some providers or their subprocessors may process data outside the EEA. In those cases, transfers are based on an adequacy decision, approved Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful safeguard required by Chapter V of the GDPR.

8. Retention

  • Order, invoice, accounting and tax data are kept for the period required by applicable law.
  • Account and profile data are kept while the account or service remains active and afterwards only as needed for backups, security, dispute handling or legal obligations.
  • Support and business correspondence is kept for as long as needed to resolve the matter and, where relevant, establish or defend legal claims.
  • Newsletter data is kept until consent is withdrawn or the subscription is ended, subject to a minimal suppression record where necessary to respect the opt-out.
  • Server, consent and security logs are kept for the period reasonably required for operation, troubleshooting, evidence and security.

Data may be anonymised instead of deleted where it can no longer identify a person.

9. Data-subject rights

Subject to the GDPR and applicable limitations, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability, and information about recipients. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests and withdraw consent at any time.

Send requests to [email protected]. We may need to verify identity before completing a request. We will respond within the time required by applicable law.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. In Hungary, the authority is the National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH), 1055 Budapest, Falk Miksa utca 9–11.; postal address: 1363 Budapest, Pf. 9.; email: [email protected]; website: naih.hu.

10. Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, system maintenance, backups, encrypted connections where supported and security monitoring. No online system can be guaranteed completely secure, so users should protect their login credentials and notify us of suspected misuse.

11. Children

Purchases and account administration are intended for adults. A parent or legal guardian who uses a ClickMe product for a child is responsible for deciding what information is appropriate to publish and for keeping it accurate. We encourage data minimisation and avoiding unnecessary sensitive information.

12. Changes and contact

We may update this Privacy Policy when our services, providers or legal obligations change. The current version and update date are published on this page.

Privacy questions, requests and complaints: [email protected].
