Do I need an app to use ClickMe products?
No. All ClickMe products work entirely in the mobile browser. Neither the owner nor anyone scanning the NFC or QR code needs to install an app. The digital profile editor and all pages run directly in any standard browser. Registration is only needed if you configure the profile yourself without Setup Assistance.
Where is my data stored?
All data is securely stored on EU-based servers. The NFC chip itself does not store personal information — it simply provides access to your digital profile through a URL.
How do I set up my digital business card or Google Review link?

When are data updates applied to my card?
All updates applied to your digital profile take effect instantly. Your physical card or display always shows the most recent information.
How can I place an order?
You can place an order directly through our website. Select your preferred product, choose optional features such as Custom Design or Setup Assistance, add it to your cart, and complete the checkout process.
How do I set up Google Review, TripAdvisor, Instagram, or other links?
Using the ClickMe digital editor (or Setup Assistance), you can add or update your Google Reviews, TripAdvisor, Instagram, Facebook, website link, and more. Your product will automatically redirect users via NFC and QR code.
Does NFC work with all phones?
Yes. iPhones XS, XR, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17 series and newer are supported, and most modern Android devices also support NFC. Phones without NFC can open the digital profile using the QR code.
What happens if my information changes?
You can update your digital profile at any time. The changes instantly appear when someone taps or scans your card — no reprinting is needed.
What if I need help with setup or prefer not to configure it myself?
ClickMe products are easy to configure using the included setup guides — no technical or programming knowledge required. If you prefer, our Setup Assistance team can fully design and configure your digital profile so you receive a ready-to-use product.
Can I order a product with custom design or my logo?
Yes. Select the Custom Design option during checkout. We design your product at no extra cost. After your order, we contact you to request your logo, color preferences, and the information you want printed on your product.
