Custom design is free: we prepare it and send it to you for approval, and we only print after you approve it.
Standard (non-personalised) products are usually delivered within 4–5 business days. Products with a custom design take about 10 business days, as production starts after you approve the design (not guaranteed). Shipping is free from € 150 (54 750 Ft).
If the NFC chip doesn’t work, we replace the product free of charge. Non-personalised products come with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Products personalised with your name, logo or design can’t be returned under the 14-day withdrawal right, but your statutory warranty rights still apply.
