Refund and Returns Policy

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, take possession of the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us via email at info@clcme.eu. You can use a clear statement (e.g., a sent letter) to inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract. If you exercise this option, we will send you a confirmation of receipt of the withdrawal by email. To meet the withdrawal deadline or the right of withdrawal, it is sufficient for you to send your notification of exercising the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal or cancellation period expires.

If you withdraw from the contract, we will reimburse all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day on which we receive the notice of withdrawal. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any case, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back.

You shall return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later than fourteen days from the day on which you informed us of the withdrawal from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the expiry of the fourteen-day period. You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods. You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

- Newspapers, magazines, particularly books containing binding instructions or knitting patterns.
- Instant downloads of guides.
- Free products.
- Special services, digital content: regarding non-tangible content provided on a data carrier, if the provider has begun performance with the express, prior consent of the consumer and the consumer has simultaneously declared his or her awareness that he or she will lose the right of withdrawal once the performance has begun.

This includes, in particular, orders for certain colored balls or generally for goods not offered as standard equipment in the online store.

For customers who do not order from Austria, the provisions of shall apply accordingly. The shipping costs for these shipments are not covered by ClickMe.
