Shipping & Delivery Information

ClickMe, most products are prepared individually based on the selected product type, design, QR code, NFC configuration or other custom details. For this reason, delivery time may vary depending on the product and the order quantity.

We always do our best to prepare and ship every order as quickly as possible.

Order Processing Time

After your order is placed and the required information is received, we start preparing your product for production or configuration.

For standard products, the usual processing time is approximately:

2–5 business days

For custom-made or larger quantity orders, the processing time may be longer, especially if design preparation, NFC programming, profile setup or individual data handling is required.

If your order requires additional information, artwork approval or clarification, the processing time starts after all necessary details have been received.

Production Time for Custom Products

Many ClickMe products are customized and prepared specifically for each customer. This may include:

  • NFC programming
  • QR code setup
  • individual ID or profile assignment
  • custom design
  • company branding
  • product personalization

Because of this, exact production time can vary. In most cases, production is completed within a week, but larger or more complex orders may require additional time.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to customers within the European Union and selected international destinations.

If your country is not available during checkout, please contact us before placing your order, and we will check whether delivery is possible.

Shipping Methods

We work with reliable shipping and logistics partners depending on the destination country, package size and order type.

The available shipping method and cost will usually be displayed during checkout.

For smaller products, such as cards, tags or compact NFC/QR products, shipping may be handled as a small parcel or padded envelope depending on the selected delivery method and destination.

Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery time depends on the destination country and the shipping provider.

As a general guideline:

Hungary: approximately 1–3 business days after dispatch
European Union: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch
International destinations: delivery time may vary depending on the country and customs process

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and not guaranteed delivery dates.

Tracking Information

If tracking is available for your shipment, we will provide the tracking number after the order has been dispatched.

Please note that for certain low-cost or small-format shipping methods, tracking may not always be available.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs depend on the destination country, package size, weight and selected delivery method.

The final shipping cost will be displayed during checkout before you complete your order.

For custom B2B orders or larger quantities, shipping costs may be calculated individually and included in the quotation.

Delays

Although we always try to ship orders as quickly as possible, delays may occur due to:

  • missing or incomplete customer information
  • artwork or design approval delays
  • production workload
  • public holidays
  • courier delays
  • customs processing
  • incorrect or incomplete shipping address

ClickMe is not responsible for delays caused by shipping providers, customs authorities or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure that your shipping address is complete and correct before placing your order.

If a package cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping costs may apply for resending the order.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible and provide photos of the damaged packaging and product.

If a shipment appears to be lost, we will help investigate the issue with the shipping provider where possible.
